These Terms govern your use of AstroCompass's web portals, mobile app, white-label platform, and developer API. Please read them before creating an account.
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using any AstroCompass portal, app, or API, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Accounts and Eligibility
Sign-in uses a one-time code sent to your email, so there's no password to manage. You're responsible for keeping access to that email address secure. You must be at least 16, or the age of consent in your jurisdiction, to create an account.
Our Services
AstroCompass provides horoscope, tarot, and birth-chart readings generated from astronomical calculations and AI-assisted interpretation, delivered through our web portals, mobile app, and (for partners) a white-label platform and a developer API. Readings are provided for entertainment and reflection; they are not professional advice of any kind, and you should not treat them as such.
Subscriptions and Billing
Some features require a paid plan, billed through Stripe on a recurring or one-time basis depending on the plan you choose. Prices are shown at checkout. You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time from your account settings; cancelling stops future billing but doesn't retroactively refund the current period unless required by law.
Mobile In-App Purchases
If you subscribe through the iOS or Android app, that purchase is billed and managed by Apple or Google under their own terms, not Stripe. Refunds, cancellations, and billing disputes for app-store purchases are handled by Apple or Google directly.
White-Label Partner Terms
If you're a white-label partner running AstroCompass under your own brand, a separate partner agreement governs your use of the platform, including your obligations to your own end users. These Terms still govern your end users' direct interactions with AstroCompass-operated infrastructure.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to bypass rate limits or authentication, scraping content at scale, reverse-engineering our chart-calculation or interpretation systems, or using the service to harass or deceive others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
API Use
Developer access to our API is governed by the tier and rate limits attached to your API key. Keys are personal to your account or organisation and must not be shared publicly. Webhook endpoints you configure receive a signed test ping on setup; live event delivery is being rolled out progressively and its availability may vary by endpoint type.
Intellectual Property
AstroCompass, its portals, and its underlying chart-calculation and interpretation systems are owned by Versizo. You retain ownership of your own birth data and any content you submit; you grant us a licence to use it solely to provide the service to you.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
AstroCompass is provided on an as-is basis. We don't guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or predictive value of any horoscope, tarot, or chart reading. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Versizo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination
You may stop using AstroCompass and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or where required by law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the update.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
